A message to the Gonzaga Community from the Headmaster

We hope as always that all members of our school community remain safe and well. It is an enormously challenging time for us all. We are doing our very best to touch base with students and parents as often as we can. It is evident how much the staff and students miss each other and yearn for a return to the humdrum of College life and all the social interaction which once seemed mundane and unremarkable.

It gives us sustaining hope to see the campus flourishing with spring growth and it is heartening to witness the building team continuing to work on the Astro Pitch. Until it is safe for the school to re-open, let us keep each other in our prayers. Together we might remember the prayer of St. Ignatius

Dearest Lord.

Teach me to be generous;

teach me to serve You as You deserve;

to give and not count the cost,

to fight and not heed the wounds, to toil and not seek for rest,

to labour and not to ask for reward save that of knowing I am doing Your Will.
